To maintain optimal quality, all frozen seafood orders are shipped via UPS or FedEx 2-Day Shipping. Your order will be packed in an insulated box with dry ice to keep it frozen and safe until it arrives.

• Order Cut off: Place your order by 12 PM EST (Monday-Wednesday) for shipping within 2 business days.
• Delivery Days: We deliver Tuesday through Saturday. There are no deliveries on Sundays, Mondays, or holidays.

If you place your order before 12 PM EST, we can usually fulfill the same day. However, it is not always guaranteed for same day / last minute orders. Any orders placed after Wednesday 12 PM EST will be fulfilled Monday, the following week.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST on Wednesday, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.

Saturday delivery is available at no extra charge. When you place your order, please ensure your shipping address can
accept Saturday deliveries.

A tracking number will be generated on the ship date by UPS or FedEx once the label has been printed and sent to you via email. This tracking number can be used to review the status of your shipment in transit, however, this tracking number will not be valid until the shipment is picked up from our facility.

If after that time you are still not able to track the package, please contact our office for further assistance to speak with a representative. As soon as your order has been delivered, you will receive a follow-up email.

Intershell will ship your order to the address submitted by the customer. If an undeliverable or incorrect address is submitted, we will contact you to verify the shipment. If there is no response before your order is packed and has been shipped, no refund or reshipment will be issued. Shipping to a closed business will also void the customer from any refund.

If it is too late for us to change the address, we recommend contacting the shipping courier directly and requesting them to hold the package at a local facility for you to pick up on the scheduled delivery day.

Please be aware that if you request the courier to reroute the package to a new
address, it will be delayed by an extra day. Due to the perishable nature of our seafood, an additional day in transit could result in spoiled product.

If the requested address change is in a different state or ZIP code that results
in a higher shipping cost, these additional charges must be paid before your order can be fulfilled and picked up by the courier.
