To ensure optimal freshness upon arrival, all frozen seafood orders will be shipped on a Monday or Tuesday. This helps avoid weekend transit delays.

Please note: We also do not offer overnight delivery for fresh or live seafood items to Hawaii or Alaska due to transit time limitations.

All fresh and frozen seafood orders from Intershell seafood are shipped from our facility located at 9 Blackburn Drive, Gloucester, MA 01930.

We offer 2-tiered shipping prices at different rates:

1. Overnight Shipping

At this point in time, we do not offer free shipping. At Intershell, we maintain a policy of transparent pricing. To achieve this, we do not include freight costs within our product prices. No, but you can write us a note when you checkout. All orders that are placed will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days. If an item you ordered is out of stock or there is a delay in fulfilling your order, we will contact you to ask how you would like to proceed.

No, you do not need to be home, but it is the customer's responsibility to receive the package(s) on the date of delivery and within a timely manner after the order has been delivered.

All shipments are sent with a Shipper Release clause, meaning that as long as the driver feels comfortable leaving the package at the delivery address they will, without requiring a signature. This ensures that our shipments are received within a timely manner due to the perishable nature of our products.
