Tobiko, the roe of flying fish, is the secret weapon of many great sushi chefs. These tiny, crunchy beads are prized for their satisfying "pop" and a mild, slightly salty flavor that enhances, but never overwhelms, other ingredients. While smaller and firmer than ikura, tobiko's texture is a key reason for its popularity, adding a fantastic mouthfeel to sushi rolls, sashimi, and other seafood dishes.
Our premium tobiko is available to purchase as single units of any of the four colors. For those who want to get creative and have all the colors at their fingertips, we also offer a convenient variety pack that includes all four colors at a great value.
We offer a range of premium tobiko in four distinct colors, each bringing a unique twist to your culinary creations. While the base flavor remains consistent, the color variations are achieved through natural ingredients that impart subtle, yet distinct, flavors.

I paid for 2 day shipping $56.00 Apparently it sat in a fed ex truck for 1 day and it arrived 3 days and was completely bad- actually HOT ! E mailed the company said they would ship it again - I asked why not just over night since it wasn’t my fault- and they said because I paid for 2 day that’s what I will get- that rubbed me the wrong way - I cancelled the order and they refunded me back quickly- found another place w 2 day for $20.00 and it worked out great - Oh well!
Haven't tried it yet. Will make sushi this weekend.
The Tobiko was great! Thanks.
